OPPORTUNITY: EXPERIENCED GRILL CHEF

We’re on the hunt for an Experienced Grill Chef. As Grill Chef, you will play a key role in our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards in grilling techniques and food presentation. If you have a passion for Japanese and Korean cuisine, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Grill Chef in a fast-paced environment, expertise in grilling and yakitori, and a desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic venue, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and grill menu items to the highest standards

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes

  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop and execute new menu items

  • Maintain a clean and organized grill station

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies for our growing venue

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Experienced Grill Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining setting

  • Proficient in Japanese and Korean cuisine and techniques, with a strong emphasis on grilling and yakitori

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Creative problem-solving abilities

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

OPPORTUNITY: SOUS CHEF

We're on the hunt for a passionate leader with at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef (or in a similar leadership role), 5 years in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and expertise in Japanese and Korean cuisine - especially in yakitori and charcoal fire cooking.
